In this page you will learn how to perform basic functions on a Campbellsville Desk Phone.

Voicemail

  • How to Access Voicemail:
    1. Dial *99 or press the Messages button (depending on the phone model, this button may have an envelope icon on it).
    2. Enter your password (default 0000).
  • How to Change Voicemail Password:
    1. Access your voicemail following the steps above.
    2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
    3. Press 5 for Change Password.
    4. Enter your new password.
  • How to Change Voicemail Greetings:
    1. Access your voicemail following the steps above.
    2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
    3. Record the Desired Message
      • Press 1 to record your Unavailable Message.
      • Press 2 to record your Busy Message.
      • Press 3 to record your Name.
      • Press 4 to record your Temporary Message.

Call Transfer

  • How to do a warm transfer:
    1. Press the Transfer button during an active call. Depending upon your phone model, this may be a physical button on the phone's body or a contextual button (sometimes called xfer) that appears on the phone screen during the call.
    2. Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call or choose from your directory and navigate to the desired contact.
    3. Press Dial or Ok (depending on your phone model). The phone will begin ringing.
    4. Press the transfer button again when you are ready to transfer the call after you have spoken to the transferee.
  • How to do a Blind Transfer:
    1. Press the Blind Transfer button (sometimes called bXfer or Blind) during an active call. Depending upon your phone model, this may be a physical button on the phone's body or a contextual button that appears on the phone screen during the call.
    2. Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call or choose from your directory and navigate to the desired contact.
    3. Press Dial or Ok. The call is then transferred.
  • How to Send a Call to Voicemail:
    1. Initiate a blind transfer from your phone.
    2. Transfer the call to 0 + extension.
